Julia Stogoski brings more than years of work experience on Capitol Hill and as a Manager at KPMG Consulting to TMMG. Her skill set includes program management, event planning, marketing, training, and customer satisfaction assessments.

A Wide-ranging Career

Stogoski began her career as an executive assistant to the president of the Democratic Leadership Council (DLC). In this capacity she managed all of the DLC President’s affairs, including scheduling, event planning, correspondence, and coordination with the White House.

Julia then embarked on a career in management consulting where she worked with multiple clients, including the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Environmental Protection Agency.

For HUD she worked on several projects. Most notably, she developed and managed the Fair Housing FIRST Program, which provides nationwide training and guidance to architects and builders regarding the requirements of the Fair Housing Act. She developed the training materials, stood up a call center, and designed a website for the program. Additionally, she managed a team of over 10 staff and subcontractors.

Also of note, Stogoski developed the training for the President’s e-Gov initiative Federal Docket Management System. She developed all aspects of the training program, including the user guide which enabled federal employees to use system. She pilot tested in-person and online delivery of the program with government executives and employees across the country.

On a Personal Note

Stogoski graduated from the College of William and Mary. She lives in Kensington, MD with her husband and three children. She is active in the community and currently serves as the president of the Home and School Association.
