Director of Education
Tracy King brings more than 15 years of experience in both the academic and professional association communities to TMMG. Her extensive background inspires her drive to research learning science and its practical applications for education and visual design.
Learning Architect & Education Strategist
King’s personal mission is to bridge neuroscience with education, creating the ideal conditions for learning. She accomplishes this by working with organizations to establish or re-envision their education strategies and to design a systematic approach to delivering a curriculum through multiple channels, coordinating live, online, and print modalities. In addition, King works with faculty and staff on the instructional design of programs and evaluations to ensure objectives are being met.
King holds particular expertise in online learning, as she has designed programs in a variety of learning formats utilizing a range of technologies. She advises organizations on the role of eLearning in their suite of educational offerings and the requirements for reaching different member segments through eLearning, mLearning and social learning opportunities.
On a Personal Note
King is a Certified Association Executive and a Certified Faculty Developer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Calvin College and a Master’s degree in Communication, specializing in the intersection of communication and education, from Bethel University. King is actively involved in ASAE and is a DELP Scholar. She is an experienced speech coach and presents frequently to neuro-education audiences.
